Warranty and Guarantee

Creative Spaces guarantees its workmanship for up to 1 year after completion. We also offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) through our membership of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB).

All FMB warranties cover the construction phase as well as the deposit paid. Each of the policies (excluding Value), protects against liquidation, faulty workmanship and structural damage to varying degrees, depending on which policy you choose. FMB provide 4 cover options: Value, 2 years, 6 years or 10 years. This can be an optional addition to your contract and is between 1% and 2% of the contract value.

We endeavour to clearly explain the level of cover that is included in your contract and that which is an additional cost.
